Welcome to newdicegames.com!

Looking for a new dice game to play? You've come to the right place. Here you'll find the rules for a variety of original dice games, from solitaires to multi-player horse racing games. No special equipment or dice are required to play these games - most require nothing more than a score sheet, pencil, dice cup, and of course, standard six-sided dice.

I hope you'll take the time to try some of these new games and that you have fun playing them. Feel free to send comments to me at dicegames@nzp.ca.

Enjoy!

• 2 Players

Columns is an easy to play yet engaing little game. The object is to complete a scoring sequence with inidividual columns. But players compete on a single game sheet, so scoring becomes trickier as the game progresses.

STEEPLE CHASE

• 2 to 4 Players
• 2 Dice
• 20 Counters
• 1 Game Board
Unlike traditional race games, there are no pieces on the game board at the start of the race. Although the roll of the dice determine where and how you move your pieces, there's always an opportunity to block your opponent's path to the finish line.

• 4 Players
• 20 Dice
• 4 Dice Cups
• 40 Counters
Link uses the same sequence concept as Columns. All four players compete to be the first to add all 5 of their dice to a sequence. But the sequence can reverse order several times during a game, so an opponent can spoil your best laid plans at any turn.

• 2 to 4 Players

• 2 Players
• 1 Die

This is a game of pure chance. One player tries to race to the top of the elevator, the other to the bottom. Not as straight forward as it seems, as the elevator can take you in the opposite direction at any turn!
